Dead Sea Works – A tough location
- Dead Sea works is located in one of the world’s toughest locations, at summer temperatures can reach over 60ᴼc and super salty air combines an aggressive locations for humans and to machines.
Ardan’s transformers have been used in the Dead Sea works for many years with high reliability / zero default rate and with custom adaptation to meet their demands.
The transformers installed in this location are treated to withhold temperature rise according to the aggressive environment and are painted in a manner that fights corrosion.
Deterioration of any electrical equipment in this environment in eminent, yet Ardan’s transformers are working for years in this harsh location making sure DSW facility can work around the clock to meet their customers demand.
