Mr. Asher Roth acts as the active CEO of Ardan since 2015 has a BA in Business Mangement and MA in Logitics and Suppy chain managment from Bar-Ilan University. In his previous positions he acted as Ardan CFO Between the years 2008-2015, chieg Accountant in Arkal Plastic Products LTD between the years 2006-2008 and as an accountant at the firm of BDO ZIV HAFT between the years 2000-2006.

Mr. Haim Nudelman is working at Ardan since 2008 has a BS.c Mechanical Engineering from the Technion Haifa Israel. Mr. Haim Nudelman has more than 25 years experience in managing big operations in Israeli industry.

Mr. Shachar Goldshtein acts as the Supply Chain Director of Ardan since 2023, has a BSc. Mechanical Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology and MBA degree from the Open University. Mr. Shachar Goldshtein have more than 25 years of experience in industrial companies in various fields – engineering, operation, procurement and marketing.

Mr. Jonathan Petit is a sales and business development leader with extensive experience in the energy sector.
With his BSc degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology,
Jonathan combines technical expertise with strategic skills, making him a key player in the energy industry.
With over 15 years of experience he has successfully driven sales initiatives in Power Plants, Transmission & Distribution systems, and Renewable Energies projects across international markets.

Mr. Evgeni Farberov acts as the Production manager of Ardan Since 1993 has BS.c Mechanical Engineering from the Belarusian Polytechnic institute. Mr. Evgeni Farberov is responsible for the production of oil and cast resin transformers.

Mr. Mor Greenberg is the Engineering Manager at ARDAN, where he brings over 20 years of experience in manufacturing to the role. He holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from University College London and an MEng in Mechanical Engineering Design from Manchester University. Mor joined ARDAN in 2016, becoming Engineering Manager in 2021. In this role, he manages a team of skilled engineers all dedicated to delivering on the company’s promise of ‘Any Transformer, for Any Customer.’

Ms. Gali Kalfon acts as the CIO of Ardan since 2022 and has a BA in Economics and Management from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology. Gali brings 17 years of experience in the field of Information Technologies from multiple industries and a solid experience in Information System Analysis.

Ms. Ayelet Sheizaf acts as the Quality and Environmental Manager of Ardan since 2016. She holds a B.A degree in statistics from Haifa University and an M.A degree in Quality Assurance and Reliability from the Technion – Israel Institute of technology. She has 20 years of experience in quality and environmental management in the fields of electricity and electronics, metals, and plastics. Ayelet has experience in diverse industries: Electricity, Automotive, Defense, and the Lighting industry.

Ms. Marina Hemo acts as HR and Office Manager of Ardan since 2021, has a BA in Sociology and Human Resources from Max Stern Jezreel Valley College and a MA in Sociology of Health from Bar Ilan University. Ms. Marina Hemo brings to the role 18 years of experience in Human Resources.

Mr. Yaakov Kaufman acts as the Chief Electrical Engineer of Ardan since 2023 after 4 years traineeship at Ardan Transformers, has master’s degree of Orenburg State University, Russia. Mr. Yaakov Kaufman is involved in the creation of new environmentally friendly, highly reliable distribution and power transformers.
